The Villa
Our gorgeous villa was built in the perfect location to access so much of what Anguilla has to offer. Directly off Rendezvous Bay Road, Seabird can be found in the highly sought-after West End. Beyond Rendezvous Bay itself, a quick ride in the car will have you accessing the island’s top beaches, like Meads Bay and Maundays Bay. You’ll also be set in the heart of incredible culinary options with local delicacies and international flavors found in any direction!
The villa itself was designed by famous New York architect, Lee Skolnick, who blended a contemporary style with classic touches. It’s high ceilings and tall wooden beams invoke an unprecedented level of elegance while welcoming in an outpouring of natural light. The indoor/outdoor concept gives families and friends the chance to spend quality time with one another, while still giving ample opportunity for privacy. It also welcomes you into the warm Anguillian sunshine as you walk throughout your holiday home.
The common space offers a cozy setting for couples, families, and friends alike, with endless seating options, each more comfortable than the next. With games, televisions, and bookshelves full of options, you’ll have plenty of space to unwind. A massive kitchen is the perfect place for morning coffees, decadent brunches, post-beach takeaway, and private-chef catering. It was built to bring people together and has already hosted so many amazing memories full of laughter and exquisite food.
Every room is lavishly decorated with Anguillian as well as Haitian artwork. Paired with comfortable, colorful furniture, Seabird Villa will have you feeling at home in no time!
Outside is where you’ll most likely want to spend most of your time. With captivating views of St. Martin as well as a local salt pond, you’ll be in your glory sitting poolside. Crank up some tunes and rest in our cozy outdoor cushions to soak in the sunshine. It’s also the perfect setting for some grilling and ping pong tournaments, amenities we highly encourage you to enjoy during your stay.
Nestled within gorgeous landscaping, Seabird Villa is the Caribbean setting you’ve been waiting for. An abundance of palm trees sway in the breeze with bright, colorful bougainvillea, night jasmine, and wild seagrasses covering so much of the grounds. What’s even more special is that more often than not, you’ll have the chance to pick your own coconut right from the tree!
The villa always has a small garden full of different herbs, vegetables, and fruit trees. Feel free to give it some love and indulge in its bounty for a delicious meal.

THE BEDROOMS
The villa can sleep a total of nine people. With four exclusive bedrooms, each with extensive privacy, you are sure to feel comfortable while relaxing on your holiday. If you have some work to catch up on, don’t worry, the villa has a study where you’ll be able to accomplish your work in peace. There’s also some workout equipment to balance your johnny cake consumption and a single daybed in the event of an extra guest.
All rooms have access to spectacular views of our neighboring island, St. Martin.

If you’re looking for some adrenaline pumping watersports, the island offers kayaking, paddleboarding, scuba diving, surfing, paddle boating, and kiteboarding. If you need to take it down a notch, grab a mask and snorkel in our pristine waters to glimpse species of turtles, octopus, fish, coral, and so much more! There are also so many shell treasures to admire along beach walks.
Though Anguilla has a small population, its artistry is boundless! Local arts, crafts, and music can be found all over the island.
